Execution of Preventive maintenance, Condition based Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance & Shut down maintenance of all electrical Equipment’s like, Motors (Slip-ring induction motors 3.3MW, 2.6MW, 2.3MW, 1.12MW and LRS Hut), Conveyor drives, Balling Discs, HT panels, LT panels, VFD, Reclaimers, Stacker, Ship Loader etc. Maintenance Power Transformer (16/21/25MVA) and Distribution Transformers(600/1600KVA). Maintenance of DG’s (900KVA), Air Compressors, 48v/110v/220v Battery charger/UPS, EOT Cranes, 110KV/6.6 KV substation. In-charge of operations and maintenance of 110kV/6.6kV substations, HT and LT panels of pellet plant unit. Integrated SAP HANA for spare management, preventive scheduling, and reporting. Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. Preparation of daily reports regarding Plant energy consumption. Actively participated in status reporting meetings and interacted with team regarding technical issues and resolution. Review engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications and other technical document for procurement of spares and materials.
