Additional task undertaken under the new role: dedicated operation on batch of long period chartered vessels with A-class Charterer with extra attention to detail

Assistance in day-to-day of bulk carrier vessels’ Operations (Panamaxes, Capes, Supras) in cooperation with the Fleet operator(s). Appointment of Owner's protective vessel agencies, settlement of proforma DA’s. Update of vessels’ position list.

Management and follow up of vessels' consumable stores stock and consumption, replenishment planning in line with annual budget.

* Leading the day to day post fixing Operation of the Company’s owned fleet both on period time and voyage charters (Panamaxes, Capes, Supras) for profitabel and safe execution of the charters/voyages. Daily duties and tasks included * coordination with the Master for preparation and maintenance of holds for the contracted cargoes * reviewing and finalizing of vessels’ passage planning in liaison with Master * monitoring of vessels' performance in coordination with weather routing company’s reports and forecasts. * evaluation and approval of pre-stowage plans and cargo documentation * bunkers market search and placement of bunkers purchase orders * daily communication with Charterers
