* Supervising 4 people * Responsible for VAT-VIES submission * Reconciliation and submission of Payroll and other taxes * Prepare and submit Transfer price flows * Review and assure compliance of accounting department under Greek GAAP, Tax regulations and Corporate policies * Responsible for completion of the Financial statements in Greek and US GAAP and sign as Class A accountant for the Greek financial statements * Prepare and submit Monthly/ Quarterly and Annual reports under corporate policies (Deferred Tax under US GAAP, Working Capital, BS Review, Lease agreements and Purchase obligations) * Review Bank reconciliations and approve Bank transaction * Review Vendor aging report * Monitor Cash Flow * Monitor monthly results and maintain accuracy as per Greek and US GAAP * Utilize SAP (mainly FI module) for better performance to Finance needs * Participate in Planning and Budgeting * Monitor Book of Manufacturing variances and Production Cost accounting
