I have been working in retail for more than 10 years. During this time, I have been involved in several segments of the field. I started my career as a sales assistant at Alexandra Bookstore, then I joined a wholesale company (Házimozi Stúdió Kft.), which later expanded into retail and also operated an online store. I gained insight into administrative processes, warehousing, sales, product procurement, marketing activities, event planning, and managing customer relationships. I have worked with almost every product category (consumer electronics, household and kitchen appliances, photography and video equipment, IT products) . I also had the opportunity to learn about the operation of several e-commerce platforms. These included open source e-commerce platforms (Magento), rented online stores (Shoprenter, Shopify), and custom developments. I also could work in ERP systems (Tharanis, Octopus 8). In terms of my studies, I graduated in Communication and Media Science, and I also obtained qualifications as a retailer and an e-commerce technician through adult education. I have always considered continuous personal development important alongside my work, which is why I learned skills such as using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere programs, and I also got a glimpse into the world of HTML and CSS.
