Part of Top Management team in Bulgaria. Directly reponsible for Product and Stock management. Supporting all teams involved in the HQs in Sofia. Also participating in general discussions and strategic decisions. Southeast Cluster supporting, advising and synchronizing on PM and SM level.

My main activities are team leading and developing wirh HR practices, project developing, work process optimization, suppliers cooperation handling, negotiating, price positioning, marketing, budgeting, stock managing and optimizing, reporting, analysing, supporting, training and etc.

Multinational Customer Service Support, advising and supporting customers from different countries in English language. Main topics were financial and fraud account queries, complaints mitigation, as well as performance, quality and incident management.

Offering and selling insurance products for vehicles, advising and supporting customers, assisting for insurance claims and issues.

I was mainly involved in retailing spare auto parts, car insuring, advising and supporting customers. Dealing with Automotive Dealers, Supply chains and organizing daily activities.

Same town and company in 2007 and 2008 during the summer seasons. In next two years I was a team leader responsible for organizing daily activities, customer service, stock ordering, schedule making, stock rotating and reporting to the department manager. This was my WAT expеrience that I've gained in the USA.
