As a member of the EURAXESS Slovakia team, I contribute to activities supporting international mobility and career development of researchers. My responsibilities include: -Monitoring and analyzing developments in higher education, research, innovation, and human resources in research, including national and European legislation and strategic frameworks -Collaborating with universities, research institutions, researchers in Slovakia and abroad, as well as public sector organizations -Providing guidance on international mobility for foreign researchers and their family members coming to Slovakia, as well as Slovak researchers going abroad, including explaining rights and obligations under applicable legislation -Preparing, updating, and publishing professional content for websites, publications, and social media (focused on researcher mobility, career development, talent circulation, and scientific diaspora engagement) -Contributing to initiatives supporting the integration of international experts and the career development of both Slovak and foreign researchers, particularly through events -Promoting Slovak universities and research institutions internationally and raising awareness about EURAXESS activities -Organizing professional and networking events (conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, informal meetups, focus groups) from concept to execution -Supporting EURAXESS centers in Slovakia and abroad through knowledge sharing, exchange of best practices, and community building -Preparing and conducting small-scale surveys, analyzing data, and presenting findings -Contributing to national and European EURAXESS network activities coordinated by the European Commission (active in 40+ countries) -Preparing reports and content outputs for managing and funding institutions

Assist with general communication, information and knowledge sharing within the department and with other PIP programmatic departments; 2. Assist with developing and maintaining filing system, keep record of project catalogue and report dealines for all RDD projects, support in organizing meetings, visits and business trips; 3. Provide support in the preparation of administrative agreements, contracts, reports, official letters; 4. Assist with registering PIP in relevant countries and funding or coordination bodies
