My name is Nikolay Stakhno. I am a specialist in the field of procurement of the equipment for petrochemical and metallurgical industries. I purchase equipment and commissioning services as part of the implementation of enterprises’ construction investment projects. I have a law degree and more than 10 years of experience in procurement. ​While holding this position, I have developed local regulatory and legal acts governing procurement procedures, conducted a large number of negotiations and tenders for the supply of equipment, and have been responsible for preparing tender documentation and minutes of the tender committee, effectively reducing price, holding reversed auctions, signing contracts with residents and foreign manufacturers with terms and conditions that are favourable to the company, opening letters of credit, bank guarantees, tracking the delivery of goods at the warehouse / customs warehouse, and providing customs clearance of goods. Currently managing procurement of Battery Energy Storage Systems. Focus regions included Iberia and the UK.
