Run regional technology leadership, day-to-day management of technology solutions and operations services, manage technology processes and standards in the region (Singapore and Philippines), contribute to their effectiveness in achieving strategic business goals. Communicate global technology roadmap to the regional business stakeholders and soliciting feedback, provide local tailoring of Global technology solutions to ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Provide critical leadership and management for strategy development, plan, direct and review IT projects and implementation of the organization and assist them with problem solving needs. Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems. Review all budget planning and purchases of hardware and software to assure interoperability of all enterprise systems within regional sites, planning, evaluating and optimizing operation to be efficient and cost-effective. Planning and executing technology projects and system implementations both local and regional in an organized and effective manner. Establishing project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and tracking projects progress. Collaborate with different teams within the IT division to ensure smooth flow and support for projects deployment, ensuring that requirements, standards and quality are met accordingly.

Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for team. Assist in defining and impelementing business plans and goals to support oganizations objectives. Monitor and eveluate the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services and provide practical solutions to support business operations. Support existing business users in invetigating and resolving system errors, issues and IT related issues.

Support and manage the F&B, Retail and Club Management system both software and hardware for Sentosa Development Corporations subsidiaries, implementing projects and relevant systems integration. Extract, analyze, understand and identify reports/data for management references. Review and evaluate business requirements and provide relevant solutions by designing, documenting and maintaining system processes and aligning to organizations policies and procedures. Maintains documentation for IT SOP, systems manuals, IT projects and assets. Manage vendors and systems integrators of Sentosa Development Corporation subsidiaries that we are dealing with on a daily or project basis. Collaborate with different teams within the IT division to ensure smooth flow and support for projects deployment, ensuring that requirements, standards and quality are met accordingly. Managing Windows servers and applications, Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP server, Anti-virus servers, Back-up server, SQL servers, Microsoft Exchange servers, basic network configuration, end-user support for windows/mac clients and other windows related applications.
