As part of the Risk Campus Recruit Program 2014-2015 (Graduate Program), rotated to different teams under Risk Services department of ANZ Manila namely Wholesale Portfolio Analytics, Retail Risk Analytics, Governance & Regulatory and Wholesale Credit Decisioning Support Gained knowledge on the fundamentals of banking, the risks associated in different aspects of its operations and most importantly, the approaches and strategies undertaken to address and manage these risks. Involved in the actual production of different reports and outputs in each rotations and communicated with stakeholders from different levels Initiated and developed projects in collaboration with the respective teams and stakeholders which contributed to the simplification, standardization and improvement of processes which led to time saving

* Perform regular portfolio reporting and analysis on retail portfolios to facilitate policy adjustment within the Group's, SBV's and APRA's standards, including: acquisition, credit quality assurance, portfolio performance, modeling, provisioning and capital * Execute Regulatory reports which include: customer's debt classification, provision calculation according to SBV standard under Circular 02, bad debt treatment and loan performance in real estate industry * Support adhoc data requests for transition of Retail Portfolio from ANZ to Shinhan bank * Control and track credit metrics and portfolio perfomance via portfolio analysis and reporting * Manage credit costs to achieve agreed financial targets for the Retail Risk Division * Review data sourcing and ensure data integrity for system's provisioning and capital calculation * Communicate risk issues to ensure a non surprised risk environmwnt is created * Develop and implement appropriate tools and procedures to simplify and expedite portfolio MIS and analysis, and provide ongoing analysis and communication

* Supports monthly, quarterly and half yearly data requirements to produce data and reports as required by the Risk Regional Hub teams to support the needs of core stakeholders including Business Unit Risk, Finance, Regulatory and External Reporting bodies * Works to improve reporting and process efficiencies while working with the various functional teams within Risk Regional Hubs * Undertakes analysis and assists in production of regular and adhoc reports in line with guidelines of risk reporting teams. This includes assisting in production of internal, prudential and external reports.
