I'm currently the Director of Post-Deployment Operations at Vecna Robotics based in Waltham, MA where I lead our Remote Support and Technical Documentation teams. Vecna Robotics specializes in automated forklift technology for use in various warehouse applications with a wide range of customers in automotive, food and beverage, medical supplies, consumer goods, and more. Outside of team management, I'm involved in improving various team processes and tools to ensure that the customer has the best support experience possible while also maximizing business growth and scalability. I also have experience managing implementation projects, field service, and validation for automatic guided vehicles in the logistics and warehousing industries. I also have experience managing R&D teams and new product development projects from my time in the renewables space. I enjoy collaborating with customers, company partners, and internal teams on various projects that can deliver a complete solution to the customer. Outside of my daily work tasks, I also participate in several student/alumni events promoting diversity and inclusion in the STEM fields.
