About
I am dedicated to championing neurodiverse journeys through counselling and coaching. With over 20 years of experience in the Education sector, I bring a strong foundation in supporting neurodiverse (ND) children and their families, combined with an advanced qualification in counselling and psychology, including an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology. I have been elected as a Fellow of Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (FACCPH). My background in education has shaped my approach, allowing me to work effectively with neurodiverse children to create tailored support strategies that promote emotional and academic growth. I work with individuals of neurodiversity, as well as those who support or are in relationships with neurodiverse individuals, offering guidance to foster deeper understanding, stronger connections, and greater well-being for everyone involved. Neurodiversity encompasses a range of conditions, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more, and I’m committed to providing support that helps navigate these experiences with confidence. Whether you're directly navigating neurodiversity or supporting a loved one, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to create a harmonious, thriving environment for all. Together, we can break down barriers, build resilience, and unlock potential, creating a path forward that works for you and your loved ones. I specialise in providing counselling and coaching to individuals and families navigating neurodiversity, offering guidance on building resilience, fostering understanding, and enhancing communication. My work is rooted in empathy, with a focus on empowering clients to develop coping strategies, set achievable goals, and cultivate a positive environment for growth. Having worked closely with families and communities, I’ve successfully guided individuals through challenges related to autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of both neurodiverse individuals and those who support them, whether it’s parents, caregivers, or educators. I am committed to ongoing professional development and leverage my skills in both counselling and coaching to facilitate meaningful change. My goal is to help families and individuals not only overcome challenges but also thrive and reach their full potential. For more information, please feel free to reach out to me.
