Managing an enterprise that assists university students in setting up internet storefronts to sell their own goods. My primary responsibilities include lead generation, data research, simple social media activities, cold outreaching, editing on Canva, and managing Printify and Shopify.

Responsible for managing Gorgias & Freshdesk's email system. Logging information into the AfterShip-connected Google Drive sheet. Order fulfillment using Shopify. Managing delayed orders, returns, and high-risk orders in Montaportal. authorizing Printful orders by hand. adjusting our Google Drive with EU VAT according to the order list. making supplier payments on a weekly or daily basis. Canva and Photoshop are used for modifying product pictures. writing reviews on TrustPilot. managing the sales channels on Facebook and Instagram.

Part of my job is to create product descriptions, research demands, and source items on AliExpress. I edit variants, titles, pricing, and tags before I list the selected products on Shopify. I handle customer service inquiries via email, live chats, order tracking, and order fulfillment. I have basic knowledge of photo editing through Canva and Print-On-Demand creation through Printify. I also schedule social media posts for my client's Facebook and Instagram channels.

Handed “web submission” process. Sending business e-mails via Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge on using Microsoft Word and Excel as it is our main tool at work. Taking care of Microsoft Partner’s licenses for their Office 365, Azure and Cloud, and also setting up Teams meetings for them.
