Elevate the MUFG employer brand by acting as the primary, high-touch liaison, providing transparent, professional communication and support to candidates from application through offer acceptance. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and Hiring Managers to identify and implement workflow efficiencies, directly contributing to the reduction of Time-to-Hire metrics.
