Developed and enhanced multiple enterprise-level Appian applications for EEA, including the Grants Application, HR Application, and Dairy Tax Credit Program, helping automate statewide workflows and reduce manual processing. Designed and implemented end-to-end Appian workflows with complex process models supporting intake, eligibility checks, approvals, escalations, SLA routing, task assignments, and cross-department notifications.
