 Managed end to end agent and support recruitment.  Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.  Develop an effective pipeline of key talent, potentially available for immediate hire for backfill or offer reneges.  Conducting the preliminary interview of the candidates.  Preparing daily, weekly & monthly tracker/reports. Also maintaining & sorting the database of the selected candidates at PAN India Level.  HR Operations: Fixing up the pay for new recruits. Negotiating in terms of the salary package and offer.  Finally releasing the Offer Letter.
