Analyzing organization spent of past financial years and preparing MIS to find out focusing areas and decide sourcing strategy likes, Forecasting, Cost reduction, Vendor development, make or buy, Inventory control etc. Identifying, sourcing and developing new vendors for the organization; enhancing the capacity & productivity of the existing vendors. Analyzing contracts for effectiveness, identifying areas of weakness and implementing improvements to increase margins. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on sourcing best practices, vendor management techniques, and technical requirements.

Handling all purchase & procurement of reciprocating compressor (Fabrication, Bough-out & castings) Procurement & planning of all factory consumables & Tooling. Inventory Management & New Vendor Development.

Identify and assess potential suppliers for machining, fabrication, and sheet metal services through market research, referrals, and supplier databases. Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as capabilities, capacity, quality standards, certifications, and cost competitiveness. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery requirements. Draft and review purchase orders, supply agreements, and other contractual documents to establish clear expectations and minimize risks. Place purchase orders for machining, fabrication, and sheet metal parts and components in accordance with production schedules and inventory requirements. Monitor order status and expedite deliveries as needed to ensure on-time delivery and minimize production disruptions.
