• Project manager running simultaneous wide ranging AV projects. Project scopes ranged from indoor/outdoor digital signage to full AV integration projects, including but not limited to Audio, Video and Wireless Systems. • Initiated and led a process documentation overhaul to streamline Project Management processes and create/modify internal forms and project documents to align with process requirements and provide training continuity for new Project Managers. • Oversaw and directed projects from conception to completion, in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Developed responsibility matrixes and drafted sub-contract scope of work for projects. • Assisted sales team during bidding process to ensure competitive and accurate proposals. • Oversaw project installations with associated subcontractors, managed and tracked shipments of project equipment, and handled project change orders. • Attended on-going project meetings during all project phases including RFP/Pre-Sales Meetings. • Trained, mentored, and supervised field technicians. • Managed multiple construction projects, including the ordering process of required tools and materials, cross communicating with our General Contractors, and remaining informed of the tasks being completed on-site while ensuring short-term goals are met each week. • Managed invoices received and creating purchase requisitions for multiple jobs whose values total over $20 million. • Implemented systems within the company to track and manage assets, and trained others in the use of these systems. • Managing the payroll of all employees in the company using Microsoft Excel meticulously tracking hours and using QuickBooks on a weekly basis, ensuring all employees’ hours were correct and taxes were paid. • Used social media marketing skills, website design skills, and SEO skills to bring company website to first page of Google rankings.

• Served as an estimator for new projects, utilizing AutoCAD 2017, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Excel in order determine the cost for future projects, including required crew size and quantity of materials. • Created Professional-Engineer-Approved drawings, utilizing AutoCAD 2017, outlining the details of the company’s course of action in the field, while observing applicable codes and safety standards.

• Credential processing for the administrative buildings in Verizon Wireless all over the country. Troubleshooting card access issues. • Printing photo ID and programming access cards for Verizon contractors, employees and all other personnel. • Trained and mentored over 10 Verizon personnel over the years. Programming APC and iStar Panels as well as guiding technicians to install and troubleshoot card readers

• Managed audio/video equipment needed for social and professional events on campus, as well as for usage in conferences and meetings in an organized and efficient way • Responsible for the set up and operation of various instructional technologies at NJIT, ranging from projectors, overheads, sound systems, computers, printers, and video output systems
