Worked with BG India in Well Engineering department as Well site HSSE Supervisor (Consultant), this was client HSSE role based on Jack up rig for ongoing ERD drilling campaign. This profile is HSSE focal point on the rig ensuring that drilling contractor and service companies are complying with BG expectation (BG Life savers, Bridging documents, SIMOPS etc.)During drilling and completion activities. Reports to company man on the rig, well superintendent and AGM HSSE at the base.

* Integrated Drilling Project management for Cairn Energy. Managed operational HSE of two rigs, * Managing operational HSE of two land rigs and a rigless completions unit along with base camp. * Leading the team of 6 HSE Supervisors (rig based) on this project. * Ensure HSE Deliverables are current and implemented – HSE and ERP Plans, HIRA sessions, SIMOPS, Bridging Documents, Drilling contractor HSE Audits, Environmental compliance. * Incident Investigation, Schedule Audits on drilling contractor HSEMS. * Providing coaching, promoting behavioural based Safety within organisation. * Allocating HSE resources to rigs and performance assessment.

Working as Consultant with Halliburton Bayan Petroleum (A Petronas Halliburton JV) as Drilling HSE Supervisor in offshore Malaysia. This role represents Operator JV and my job profile included supporting the company during planning stage of drilling project from office and ensuring HSE deliverables were in place to safe commencement of project. During drilling phase I am assigned on the rig as HSE Supervisor to ensure drilling contractor and other service providers comply to Carigali HSE expectation and standards. Reports to drilling superintendent in the office.

* The Role * Participating in Risk Assessment prior to the commencement of project along with the Construction Team. Assisting the Construction Team in preparation of Job Safety Analysis. * Preparing Project Safety Plan as per project requirements. Modifying standard procedures & checklists as per the project needs. * Conducting Health and Safety Inspection with Construction manager, Barge Master, Superintendent or Supervisor, to identify areas of improvements (if any) and that all health requirements are being observed. * Carrying out safety induction program to all new employees and Contractor. Ensuring that they are aware of the safety policies & safety requirements. * Notable Highlights * Major Projects Handled: * Reliance Oil-Gas Project (Off Shore) at Jamnager. Worked on 8 Leg Jack Up Barge JU- 251 and Floating Barge Leighton Mynx. * Jamnagar Export Refinery Project, Gujarat, Installation & Commissioning of 6 submarine pipe lines, 3 PLEM, 3 SPM, Pre-Cast beam and Buoy installation.

Notable Highlights Handled the safety department of construction of large industrial warehouse for Varun Continental Ltd. at Vasai, Mumbai; construction of "Thapar House Project" at Church Gate, Mumbai. Tarapur Atomic Power Project, Tarapur as Safety Officer NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS: Served at Annu Insulation & Engineering Company. Handled safety aspects of construction of insulation cabinets in reactor building.
