- Support end-to-end distribution operations including inbound, outbound, and daily warehouse allocation. - Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and last-mile delivery performance using SAP for system updates and tracking. - Manage accounts payable tasks related to logistics operations and vendor payments. - Coordinate MHE resources (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet movers) to optimise warehouse productivity. - Monitor stock accuracy, generate daily/weekly reports, and perform month-end closing activities through SAP. - Work closely with warehouse, transport, and commercial teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service levels.

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Implement forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns effectively. • Manage Key Accounts: Serve major clients such as Top Glove and Pharmaniaga by overseeing the receipt of their stocks into the inventory management system. • Handle Import & Export: Manage daily import and export operations, including freehand and nomination shipments. • Resolve Complaints: Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to ensure continued satisfaction. • Coordinate Inventory: Monitor and update inventory records related to customer shipments. • Support Operations: Assist with documentation and communication related to shipping and logistics processes.
