Works with various other departments like QA , Logistics & Accounts to map out the requirement that best serves my customer. Was involved in SMC Technology show 2013 Support all technical and commercial queries from customer and inhouse staffs supporting them. Others • Bi weekly teleconference with SMC USA & Japan HQ on the development and issues. Also involved in working new custiomized designs with the HQ to meet the customer needs also to be cost effective. • Find new potentials among the Pneumatic industry like Pharmaceuticals and Marine. • Meet the monthly target for sales. • Visit and promote SMC range of products. • Investigate the lost customers of SMC due to various reasons. • Go on a roller to find new potential among the industrial area. • Find New and improvised methods to capture the local market and increase sales.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of all the machines. • Plan and perform the periodic maintenance of all the automated machines. • Run the same for higher output and yield and also meeting the process control specifications. • Plan and design any improvements on the machine and arrange prototype for the same. • Deal with fabricating vendors to design and build the modified and improved part. • Constantly propose and improve the ppm and the yield of all the modules. • Support all the other modules and zones and assist in the improvement projects. • Prepare inventory of the spares and report to the engineer. • Installation of machines and set up for process. • Debug and prepare hit-list for the managers and check for all the safety features. • Make changes on the machine parts to accommodate the changes in the design for future production run. • Report and record any changes in the Critical Parameter Specifications(CPS) to the manager and prepare documents to get the approval from HP. • Do Repeat and Research on the new audit machines. • Calibrate all the audit stations and maintain the reports for auditors and managers. • Weekly and bi-weekly maintaining the machines. Also assisting in the project of reducing down the nos. of repairs and wear and tear of machines

Working at GUL we have make sure all the drilling and routing machines for the PCB are working at all times ( round the clock) to support the production needs. Also did inhouse projects for spares management & modifications needed for the better yeild. I was also involved in doinng the calibration for the XY table for the drilling and routing machine.
