In parallel to my studies I acted business & product developer, and project manager on assignment at Hallpressen AB, a large media house turning over approximately SEK 500m a year, owning 17 different newspapers and media channels. - Developing new digital products and functions with appurtenant business models in order to increase revenues, user base and loyalty. - Coordinating between several department heads as well as external developers, designers and potential user- and customer reps.

In parallel to my studies I co-founded and operated an event company with two colleagues, which so far has hosted over 20 000 visitors in our first three years in business. Running an event company alongside my studies has been a very rewarding experience, and a great way to build personal networks. I've learned and/or further developed skills within sales, marketing (mainly social media), strategic planning, leadership and managing staff, budgeting and building strategic partnerships - basically everything needed to build a competitive business which generates new and returning customers.
