Hi! I'm Nigel. I'm an energetic, fast-working and adaptable program manager, instructional designer, and facilitator. I'm an accredited ATD Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer, and a certified Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD). At the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), I am the Division for Prosperity Lead for Instructional Design and Quality Assurance. I also manage our World Heritage, Disarmament and Afghanistan training portfolios, as well as the Strategic Communication and Innovation teams. I am responsible for the entire program life cycle - from funding proposal to implementation to evaluation. I have extensive experience with stakeholder engagement, international and domestic policy development and analysis in bi-lateral and multi-lateral fora, information management, project management, and training program development and facilitation.
