Nigel Pearson

I am an experienced professional football manager, highly qualified coach and have worked across various levels of the game from grassroots and youth level to the Football League and Premier League, managing in all four domestic divisions, and more recently, in continental Europe. I have a reliable track record of helping to build successful teams, revitalising clubs who have previously struggled, whilst helping to reduce overall squad salary and promoting and recruiting young, talented footballers. I am passionate about delivering success and my range of experience in this area, surviving four relegations with four different clubs (Carlisle United, West Bromwich Albion, Southampton and Leicester City), achieving two league titles and promotions with Leicester and having the honour of managing my country at the first official competitive professional game at the new Wembley Stadium, has further enhanced my desire to achieve and experience more in the future.
