Nigel Mardon

I commenced working for TRAD in 1989 as a scaffolder and worked on many projects in London. For example, I ran the Royal Mint project, as well as various other specialist works such as the Balfour Beatty Power Networks. In 1999, I was promoted to Contracts Supervisor where I was responsible for overseeing over 20 Operatives. After a number of years working through the ranks within TRAD, I was promoted to a Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing many of TRAD’s most prestigious jobs including Balfour Beatty Metronet, Holborn Bars and Fulham Football Club. In January 2015, TRAD announced my promotion to Operations Manager. This recent appointment follows over two decades of working with TRAD and I look forward to fresh challenges within my new role and continued success for the company.
