Develop the Club's Corporate Compliance Program to ensure compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies across the entire organisation. Accomplishments: - Benchmarked international compliance trends and compliance programs of over 30 organisations. - Mapped and researched over 90 Hong Kong Ordinances that are applicable to the Club’s operations. - Project managed the Club’s anti-illegal betting campaign.

Develop and implement the Club’s Personal Data Privacy Framework. Assist departments in interpreting the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and handling of privacy incidents. Conduct privacy impact assessments for projects involving personal data. Secretary for the Data Privacy Review Committee and Security Organisational Resilience Committee. Accomplishments: - Developed the Personal Data Privacy Framework and associated documents from scratch. - Developed and implemented an enterprise-wide data privacy training program. - Guided the Club’s business to understand and comply with the new direct marketing requirements enforced in Hong Kong on 1st April 2013.

Developed business continuity plans to support the Club’s businesses in times of interruption. Planned and facilitated drill exercises to test the business continuity and crisis management plans. Conducted risk assessments for different business activities and capital projects. Accomplishments: - Developed from scratch 15 business continuity plans to support the Club’s racing, lottery, and football betting operations. - Led a cross-divisional team to develop the Club’s Social Media Guidelines and formulated the communication strategy to raise Club-wide awareness. - Conducted risk assessments of different business activities and capital projects (e.g. Conghua Thoroughbred Training Centre) to systematically identify and mitigate the Club's risks.

Supporting business development and technical delivery of projects to help clients ensure that their supply chains are safe, reliable and sustainable through risk management. Accomplishments: - Won and managed a HK$450k project to review a major bus company’s safety management system. - Managed a HK$1.7M project to identify and mitigate operational risks on the new design of MTR trains. - Shadow-wrote an article published in the South China Morning Post (March 9 2009) on China’s spending on railway infrastructure.
