A visionary and strategic leader, responsible for driving technological innovation across the organization, our vendor ecosystem, and client engagements. This role is pivotal in aligning technology strategy with Microserve’s corporate objectives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Work with enterprise clients to assess their IT environments and develop strategies on how best to optimize their infrastructure and provide business-aligned IT solutions. Technical competencies include Active Directory, Messaging, Server virtualization, Storage Area Networking, and Desktop Management. Team Lead for Microserve Professional and Managed services team responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance and ensuring quality delivery of services.

Worked with both IT and business representatives to assess the current state of each Ministry’s overall IT infrastructure, identify business and technical requirements, and develop a strategy to migrate IT services to the Government of Alberta’s centralized IT environment. The overall goal of this role is to ensure that Ministries realize business and technical benefits when migrating and centralizing Shared Information and Communication Technology Services while minimizing business impact.
