Since 2012, I have been working in the field of Human Resources, gaining experience across various roles and responsibilities. Throughout my career, I have been involved in recruitment, passive and proactive talent sourcing, onboarding, offboarding, legal processes, organizational development, training, procedures, disciplinary actions, industrial relations and collective bargaining agreements, covering all aspects of Human Resources. I am particularly skilled in technical recruitment within production facilities/ plant / #mine, managing union-related processes, providing HR consultancy to managers, and contributing to company mergers and transformation processes. I strongly believe that Human Resources is not just an operational function but also a strategic partner aligned with company goals. I prioritize a people-centered approach in every process while implementing innovative methods to drive change and development. In my current role, I am working as a #PlantHRBP / #OperationHRBP/ #Factory #HRBP , where I am responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting business objectives.
