• Handle procurement process of the whole company and to its different hangar and offices across the country. Taking purchase request from various departments within the company and requesting quotations to the suppliers. • Responsible in the contracting services and manage the purchase of supplies, equipment, materials and contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortage or missed deliveries.

• Supervising, observing and complying with all Apple guidelines and procedures in handling warranty claims. Monitoring and updating related data/information on GSX System concerning Apple products. Inventory all consignment stocks and comply on Apple regulations and requirements. • Receiving and conducting thorough physical and document checking at all in-bound parts shipment. Providing assistance in packaging all outbound shipments and its accurate/completed documentation.

• Lend and collect books, periodicals, videotapes, and other materials at circulation desks. Process new materials including books, audiovisual materials, and computer software and update patrons' records on computers.

• Support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. Assisted all customers need and treated them on polite and hospitable manner.

• Coordinate with the National Youth Commission and other development projects and programs at the national level. • Exercise government powers and perform such other duties and functions as the Sangguniang Barangay delegate or as may be prescribed by law or by ordinance.
