Khởi nguồn với mong muốn lan tỏa thông điệp #lessplastic - Hạn Chế Nhựa thông qua các thiết kế bắt mắt sau khi nhóm sáng lập tham gia chương trình Tình nguyện viên bảo tồn Rùa biển năm 2018, Less Plastic VN đã ra đời với mục đích như tên gọi của nó, một người bạn đồng hành luôn có mặt khắp mọi nơi để nhắc nhở khách du lịch cũng như người dân địa phương về ý thức #lessplastic khi sử dụng đồ nhựa, đặc biệt nhựa dùng 1 lần. Dự án sẽ triển khai theo chiến dịch tại từng địa phương, đầu tiên sẽ là Côn Đảo.

Coordinate with regional/global marketing team, domestic A&R team, and other labels within UMG Responsible for end to end marketing of UMG artists & developing brand's social platforms like Facebook, IG, TikTok, ... Create, execute and manage successful marketing campaigns for the artists Implement marketing strategies for the label and artists. Oversee all consumer marketing plans related to frontline artists, projects, and activities. Guide and mentor the marketing team with their day to day jobs and development Ensure creative visual output delivered by the department is of the highest standard and quality. Build relationships internally and externally to drive opportunities for the label and our artists. Responsible for project P&L, budgeting, compliance controls of the marketing department. Maximize the potential of our catalogue via marketing activities

Content Leadership from strategic planning to detail execution for all client’s projects Manage content team with 7 members to deliver best in town creativity within approved timeline Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Consult clients to for marketing annual plan in term of phasing and content execution Monitor showbiz (music, drama, movie....) and lifestyle channels for research and trend analyzing.

- In charge of facilitating brainstorming for program line-up, managing & developing content all current shows and another projects (like client/sale/brand show, ad-hoc,… ). - Guide & manage team to follow the right direction of channel to audiences. - Assigning writers’ work load and training writers skills. - Initiates efforts in creating marketable segments and pitches for sales - Evaluates and approves program/segment line-up based on channel objectives (from final sequence guide, episodes scripts, to final material before submitting) - Monitors, evaluates program content and promo efforts and makes necessary recommendations.

- Prepares scripts for MV-based shows, ENG, canned shows (localized), ad-hoc contents, dramas, sitcoms, and on requested: creating all plot lines, dialogue, characters and situations for on-air contents. - Responsible for the realistic and effects of the scripts by working closely with producers, directors, editor to make the script can be built/done in actual production with given budget. - Developed and executed programs for Sale/Programming: show concept development, contents aligned with quarterly campaigns, timeline, etc… - Supervise the quality of the scripts to make sure the concept and structure of the shows are followed, the scripts are engaging enough for target audiences and give ideas for script improvement

• Playlist making, MV selection. • Select hot and latest MVs for Hottest On YAN and YAN Exclusive. • Monitor music and lifestyle channels for research and trend analyzing. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest music. • Gather music and entertainment news and research relevant information. • Create the Top 20 weekly, based on analysis (music chart movement, current hot artists, upcoming talents, touring international music artists, and everything the channel has to feature on the channel) and on the knowledge or talent for forecasting music trends • Create playlists for all the music shows, B2B MV chunks and MV-based shows. • Work with Acquisition on MV library and suggestion for new content. • Present a music-related concept or themes for the writing team to consider and develop. • Recommend local artists for “Spotlight” and “Featured Artists” campaigns. • In charge of building music playing system in the office. • Write briefs for new shows. • Scriptwriters are skilled writers who prepare scripts for TV shows, commercials, and dramas that appear on television.Writers write material for locally produced shows. • Broadcasting scriptwriters must be able to write "to order"—for a certain audience, to fill a certain time slot.Most importantly, the writer must tailor the script to the time of day the show appears on the air. • The writer will be working as part of a team to makes many of the creative decisions. In television broadcasting, writing what the show calls for under a strict timetable is often more important than artistic expression. • In all cases, scriptwriters must be able to imagine the effect of their words when they are spoken in a production. It is not enough that the words look good on paper—they Scriptwriters may need to work with designers to ensure that the environment they imagine can actually be built. • Taking part in Brainstorming
