Piloted “THE IMPACT OF JOB SATISFACTION ON PRODUCTIVITY” project for the newly opened plant by conducting surveys, analyzing the same, and recommending executable solutions. 1. This initiative involved conducting comprehensive surveys to gauge the level of job satisfaction among employees. 2. Analyzed the survey data, seeking valuable insights and patterns to understand how job satisfaction influenced productivity within the plant. 3. Based on the findings, I proactively developed a set of practical and actionable solutions aimed at improving job satisfaction levels among the workforce. These recommendations were strategically designed to address specific pain points and foster a positive work environment that positively impacted overall productivity. 4. Throughout the project, I ensured attention to detail and adherence to research methodologies, enabling accurate and reliable results. By successfully piloting this project, I contributed significantly to the plant's ongoing development and growth, fostering a more productive and contented workforce.
