During my final year of high school, I served as the student representative, where I advocated for the interests of the student body to the fylkeskommune (county council). In this role, I was responsible for voicing student concerns, participating in discussions about educational policies, and ensuring that students’ needs and opinions were considered in decision-making processes at the regional level. This experience honed my communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as I worked to bridge the gap between students and the local government.
