Accomplishments: • Initiated and obtained United States Department of Agriculture Organic Certification for entire manufacturing facility; responsible for annual re-certification and site audit My role as Project Manager: • Managed multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of product development – from initial client inquiry, to product conception, to pricing, to ingredient and packaging sourcing, to R&D, to microbial and stability testing, to production, to delivery • Maintained consistent communication with client, appropriate internal departments, and external stakeholders to provide updates, notify of changes, and ensure overall completion of project milestones • Excelled in establishing client relationships resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty • Identified, communicated, and resolved risks throughout project lifecycle • Obtained NPA, USDA, Cruelty Free, Leaping Bunny certifications for finished products as well as compiled and submitted regulatory documentation for EU, Japan, and Canada • Created new Private Label literature and revised the company website verbiage • Supported business growth and sales by exhibiting at industry trade shows
