Oversaw front desk operations including the hiring, training, and supervision of student workers (up to 10 at a time). Provided administrative support for over 30 professionals. Generated prospective student reports weekly using PeopleSoft System, answered multi phone-lines, transcribed minutes, prepared correspondence with internal/external parties; processed protocol approvals, renewals, and closures, maintained files and reports, databases and excel sheets, transcribed taped lectures, and handled confidential material. Received, processed, and followed up with student applications, including transcripts, payments, and other materials.

Taught as an adjunct instructor to familiarize students with college and foster the development of decision-making skills and learning strategies that link to student success in higher education. Spearheaded, designed, implemented, and currently teaching the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) literacy intensive ACDV Co-hort.

Assisted professors in college developmental writing and reading classes. Aided teachers with AV and IT equipment, tutored students in the classroom, and helped to process grades and paperwork. Proctored placement exams. Provided one-on-one attention to develop student structure, composition, and grammar skills. Assisted in the creations of the positive learning environments for children ages 6-17. Supervised 30 children at a time. Registered and dropped students from classes. Kept an inventory of class quota caps while working on waiting lists to maximize enrollment. Designed program signs and flyers. Managed front desk. Prepared correspondence and maintained files. Developed the video library check out system for the English at Home program. Aided teachers with AV equipment.
