My responsibilities include prioritising work for development team, maintaining client relationships and managing support backlog, external and internal stakeholder communication, defining business requirements and working with team (in-house and offshore development and testing centre) to determine development solutions, assist with implementations, testing and documentation, internal training and mentoring, define team processes.
