I am the Chief Growth Officer at hrEdge Consulting, where I lead strategic growth, partnerships, and business development for organizations seeking flexible, high-impact HR support. At hrEdge, we specialize in providing fractional and project-based HR solutions that help companies scale without the overhead of a full in-house team. We partner with leaders to support everything from day-to-day HR needs to complex initiatives such as M&A integration, compliance, employee relations, recruiting, and HR systems optimization. I’m passionate about building relationships, driving sustainable growth, and helping organizations strengthen their people strategy during periods of change and expansion. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the hockey rink cheering on my son or at the lacrosse fields with my girls, most of my time outside of work is spent supporting their sports and staying active in our community.
