Responsible for development of detailed design and coordination with design team's technical staff. Develop and complete sets of site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Analyze surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs and other material to identify potential project constraints and best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget. Research and review zoning by-laws, technical reports, building code, and local design standards to ensure compliance.

Arranged and prepared standard contracts for the Client-Partners (specializing in professional services). Determined the needs, provided advice on appropriate procurement approaches, reviewed the Client-Partner documentation, and arranged for the preparation and submission of documents to the responsible contract authority. Provided recommendations to the contract authority about initiating procurement, process decisions and contract awards, and managed the Client-Partner relationship.

Took base building layout and produced multiple floor plans using AutoCAD. Created floor plan for new office according to building code and fit-up standards. Continuation of the Construction Engineering Technician Program. Have been on the Dean's List every year. Currently working on a final project focusing on using geothermal heating in sidewalks.

Completed the first 2 years of the Civil Engineering program as a part-time student.
