Project modeling in Revit, using BIM technology to integrate data and optimize development stages. Material quantity estimation for budgeting, based on consolidated model information to ensure accuracy and cost control. Collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams, utilizing BIM Collab to identify conflicts, align deliverables, and successfully complete approximately five projects with agility.

Management of the design team, including deadline setting, technical support, and continuous follow-up, with feedback meetings to identify improvements and standardize processes through specific manuals. Coordination of multidisciplinary projects, covering architecture, structural, and hydraulic designs, ensuring integration and alignment across areas. Direct customer support for small-scale projects, such as residential and office spaces, with a focus on understanding needs and proposing efficient solutions. Development and implementation of rainwater harvesting projects, pioneering the adoption of sustainable practices and delivering complete, innovative solutions.

Development of hydraulic, architectural, and electrical projects, with a highlight on a successfully delivered residence that integrated efficient solutions aligned with client expectations. Topographic surveys and measurements of distances and elevations, assessing land feasibility and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
