During my time in education at TAMID, I had the opportunity to manage a consulting project. For 4 weeks I worked with 4 other TAMID members in education to perform a competitive analysis for a real estate company, as well as offer insights into what criteria should be taken into account when finding their locations. I held 2-4 team meetings a week to discuss the direction of the project, examine the quality, and check in with other members. I identified the strengths and weaknesses of each of my team members as well as myself, and I used this knowledge to delegate assignments to my teammates in a way that gave us a great final project where everyone used their strengths to their advantages, as well as worked on their weaknesses and made them stronger.
