Create and maintain standard part codes on the CRM system • Set up chemical products on the CRM system, including obtaining HS/Tariff codes, HAZ codes, and SDS documentation from suppliers • Manage stationery and uniform ordering, including processing uniform requests • Process internal order requests and raise purchase orders (POs), including manual POs for contractor visits and training days • Accurately input and maintain data within Excel spreadsheets and the CRM system • Raise and manage purchase orders, transfers between depots, and direct deliveries • Investigate and resolve coding queries with suppliers, including costings, availability, and lead times • Source HS codes for freight agents and ensure accurate CRM system entry • Liaise with suppliers to chase outstanding orders and confirmations • Review MRP (supplier part sheets) and incoming goods reports • Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the Accounts team • Coordinate with Goods In regarding incoming deliveries and stock receipts • Review order confirmations and resolve discrepancies related to pricing or quantities • Book in direct deliveries on the CRM system and communicate relevant details to Accounts and Credit teams • Maintain system housekeeping, including product descriptions, minimum/maximum stock levels, policies, and NLA status • Provide regular updates to internal departments on order status and expected stock arrivals
