Managed end-to-end recruitment processes in the Talent Acquisition team, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Supported Employee Relations (ER) matters specifically for foreign workers, including identifying and arranging suitable hostel accommodations and coordinating transportation for hostel moving/relocation needs. Transitioned into the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, handling monthly payroll processing for two companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payment. Handled insurance renewals for the entire group's employee, working with insurance agents to ensure timely renewal, coverage updates, and accurate employee listings. Managed foreign workers’ permit renewals, including FOMEMA, insurance, documentation preparation, by liaising with agents. Monitored permit/passport expiry dates and maintained proper tracking to ensure timely renewals and uninterrupted work eligibility. Provided HR administrative support such as updating employee records, and preparing HR-related reports and ad-hocs.

Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites to fill open positions. To make calls and arrange for interview session. Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status. Pre-screen candidates via phone call.

Attend to customer’s enquiries on shipping fees, shipment and delivery status Whatsapp, Wechat and calls. Execute marketing strategy plan by utilizing social media platform (Instagram, XiaoHongShu) to increase brand awareness and exposure Create contents for posting including videos, images and text posting. Make cold calls to approach candidate for job sharing, introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience. Create job posting and advertisement on reliable job sites. Achieve monthly individual target & KPI. Other ad-hoc duties as per required from time-to-time.

Prepare and post job advertisements online, screen candidates resume and conduct initial phone screening, schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities. Conduct new employee orientation training before new hires join the company. Conduct new policy briefing to all levels of employees.

Reply candidate's email regarding vacancies. Filter candidates' resume for talent search supervisor and arrange interview with shortlisted candidates. Prepare pre-boarding and on-boarding documents for new hires. Calculate over time, annual leave, and medical leave for payroll process. Assist in organizing internal trainings for employees. Assist in organizing company events such as Annual Dinner, Family Day, and Christmas.
