• Manage the SAP HANA implementation project at Johnson&Johnson, for the Master Data area • Plan its execution and monitor the established scope and the progress of routines, in order to meet established goals, deadlines and costs. • Manage, evaluate, consolidate and communicate scope change requests arising from its functional area to be discussed and approved at meetings. • Identify risks to study ways to mitigate impacts and correct actions. • Promote the integration between the business area, requirement, developers and test analysts;

• Management of international transport logistics, in maritime, road and air, paints (decorative and automotive) to South America and countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. • Logistical planning of export cargo, from receiving the customer's order to delivery at the port/airport/border, through the following processes: • Formatting of cargo using MaxLoad software to simulate container stuffing, in case of seafarers. • Issuance and preparation of logistical documentation (including IMO documentation) • Use of the SAP system (Z2L) SD module for sales order visualization, breakage and shipment management, inventory management and transport loading scheduling processes in conjunction with carriers. • Direct interface with carriers, coordinating activities, setting deadlines, monitoring performance and raising action plans to meet agreed milestones through bimonthly performance meetings. • Responsible for agendas and conducting weekly export meetings • Ensuring the complete alignment of the information cycle, mitigating problems in loading with consequent loss of revenue, ensuring the flow between all areas involved, being a focal point in logistical matters for exports to the areas of Sales, Foreign Trade, Demand Planning and Administration of sales.

• Expertise in Global Label Management – ​​GLM • South American focal point for GLM (Global Label Management) in all BASF business areas • Support and involvement in projects for the development of new label layouts for South America, together with Germany • Face-to-face and online training of the GLM tool for new users in Brazil and South America • Responsible for ensuring the standardization of information and label templates for all BASF South America chemical products, through alignment of global guidelines through weekly calls with Germany, also with the purpose of intermediating processes and reporting to the management of problems and needs in the region (Brazil and South America). • Report in weekly meetings with colleagues from Germany to align processes, issues, actions and next steps regarding the South America region • Maintenance of tag association data in the SAP/GLM system • Preparation of KPIs • Area representative in the 5S project

• Creation, maintenance and monitoring of workflows related to the Master Data area, ensuring the creation of product and material codes according to the organization's global rules, supporting the production, legal, fiscal, financial and global processes areas. • Appreciate the quality of information in the maintenance of master data in the SAP system (MM module) • Deletion and reactivation of material master data in the SAP system for the South America region • Issuance of reports with material data, used by the entire company. • Workflow tool training and support in the analysis and solution of problems and errors reported by users related to master data that are impacting the company's processes.
