I work closely with the executive team and internal business units to shape and communicate our external narrative, ensuring alignment between internal strategy and market messaging. My role focuses on delivering clear, impactful investor communications, including half-year and full-year financial results. Additionally, I analyse market reactions and investor feedback, providing actionable insights to the business.

Managing recruitment campaigns across our corporate functions, partnering closely with stakeholders to design and execute bespoke recruitment processes. Alongside recruitment, I contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance our employer brand, improve hiring outcomes, and support broader PS&S activities.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and manage customised recruitment strategies to attract talent within the Engineering and product space. Acting as a trusted adviser, I provided market insights and focus on talent mapping and succession planning. As part of the People Experience team, my role also focused towards optimising candidate experience and driving OUA an an employer of choice.

In my position as Manager, I managed a team whilst overseeing corporate and Executive appointments for a broad range of clients across the Northern Territory, including corporate, public sector and Aboriginal corporations. Adept at designing a broad range of candidate attraction strategies and skilled in my executive search capabilities; resulting in an extensive and dynamic network of contacts and associates. As part of my role, I was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial tenders and agreeing to and monitoring deliverables.

Specialising in the recruitment of Executive level and business support candidates across the Northern Territory. I believe I have an excellent understanding of the recruitment services industry, skill shortages, skill requirements and salary expectations in the current market.
