Critically discussed the topic 'Achievement Goal Theory' and its conceptualization. Conducted a consultation with a client and wrote up a case study for the same and familiarised myself with techniques used to help sports-persons clear their minds of unnecessary distractions. Worked on presentations for 9 to 11 year old badminton players on “Motivation” as well as presentations to soccer coaches on “Communication and it’s power in sport”.

Conducted market research, customer relations management and business development tasks for international level soccer coaches. Worked closely with the operations team on understanding analytics, processes and human resource management.

Conducted group workshop sessions with Tennis players aged 6-18 on handling pressure and mental preparedness. Conduct Individual sessions with Tennis Players Few of my other workshop topics include - Behavior, Decision Making, Attitude Building, Confidence, Resilience etc. These skills not only help them reach their optimal performances but also holistically develop them to cope with life situations better
