I didn’t set out to become a consultant.For most of my career, it would not have made sense. I was deeply embedded in the work, leading teams, shaping culture and navigating the realities of complex, highly regulated environments from the inside. Across more than 12 years in senior management roles, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, culture and performance across industries including defence, FMCG, retail, disability services, aviation, rail and government. That experience shaped a practical, commercially grounded approach to leadership, one that balances organisational priorities with the human dynamics that ultimately drive results.Over time, leaders I worked with would often reflect that my perspective felt different. Less theoretical, more anchored in what actually works. That led me to take my experience beyond internal roles and in 2022, I co founded Uncapped Potential.Today, I partner with CEOs, boards and executive teams on the factors that quietly determine performance. Leadership behaviour, emotional intelligence, decision making and the core capability required to lead people effectively.With experience spanning decades our focus is on advisory, strategy and transformation, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence as a driver of performance. We are known for helping organisations translate insight into action and build leadership capability that delivers sustained value.What shapes my approach is lived executive experience. Not career consulting.
