 Participated in the Federal Identity Credentialing Committee (FICC), FICC Governance Working Group, and Interagency Security Committee’s Physical Security Migration Team, which contributed to the development of an interagency guidance document to assist US government agencies in complying with federal security requirements.  Ensured project plans were developed to deliver implementation within realistic cost and quality regarding a significant program sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control to prepare major US cities and metropolitan areas to respond to large-scale bioterrorist events.  Program Manager establishing clear and measurable performance expectations in line with agency targets ensuring results and maximum efficiency.
