· Set up IPNR into WIINGS inventory system. · Purchase Requisition routing, corporate Vendor Master database support (CVM) · Other filling and clerical support, communicate with customer · Arrange forwarders for the company · Meeting with customer, paperwork such as invoicing

· To communicate with customer and internal related to export material. · To arrange and prepares items for outgoing. · To generate shipping documentation for all outgoing shipments, such as packing detail, invoices, bar code label and etc. · Provide detail of outgoing shipment to all parties responsible for ensuring an on-time delivery to customers.
