Utilizing Agile methodologies, drove teams to develop Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering tools to support network optimization and reduce drive testing costs. Recognized leadership skills and strong knowledge of Agile led to appointment as Program Manager for $40M RAN tools platform build. Built strong trusting partnerships across all organizations and team members supporting 25+ sub projects, resulting in successful project progression involving Cloud, Virtualization, and Domain 2.0. Rebuilt Microsoft Project schedule, aligning project completion dependencies that were needed to keep program on track to meet critical January 2016 deadline.

Facilitated implementation of wireless projects as they exited First Field Application (FFA), insuring correct personnel were engaged, and project schedules could be supported, based on time to market requirements. Successfully deployed over 20 projects across 13 operational Markets, impacting 550 network elements for each project, in support of Best in Class objectives to have the “Fastest Mobile Network”. Recognized for development of weekly executive presentation decks, used to provide clean, easy to read project status for projects supported by West Region deployment team. Developed training documentation to assist future managers in the on-boarding process for this role.

Developed sales marketing document outlining interconnection arrangements supported by UVN. Trained sales, designers, project management and life cycle teams, on correct way to interconnect with UVN at: ILEC CO’s, IXC POP’s, Carrier Hotels, and Data Centers, resulting in improved customer relations. Documented and reviewed UVN Statement of Work with all UVN Engineering, Furnish, Installation, & Testing vendors, covering quoting, installation, and testing standards for UVN.

Adea Solutions 2003-2009 Process Manager and Project Manager (Miami, FL) Developed best business practices supporting deployment of AT&T’s premier managed network services product, Ultravailable Network® (UVN), providing coaching and training to an elite staff of Project Managers. Facilitated large cross organizational team, documenting key dependencies, driving efficiencies’ resulting in best business practices that resulted in a 25% improvement for network installations. Interconnection Subject Matter Expert for Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILEC), Inter-Exchange Carriers (IXC), and data center/carrier hotel operators, in support of meeting client design requirements. Reduced fiber installation cycle time from 249 days to 149 days, building into two new collocation sites, with 3rd party leased fiber to meet Customer Desired Due Date.
