Responsible for standard secretarial tasks, such as filing, copying, and handling of legal documents. Gathered documentation for new case files in Capehart Scatchard's workers' compensation department. Opened and organized documents for new files using the program ProLaw. Standard office tasks and responsibilities included scanning/faxing, sorting and distributing attorneys' mail, answering phone calls, and using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
