• Hunting and recruiting new affiliates • Responsible to build and develop relationships with assigned affiliates. • Responsible for setting up / requesting reward plans with AdOps and make sure tracking etc. work • Work closely with all accounts to ensure they have everything they need to push (brands of) LeoVegas to the max – 6 in total. • Responsible for performance of assigned affiliates. • Improve relationships, re-negotiate deals, recruit and activate affiliates in assigned markets. • Monitor affiliate performance daily to make sure development is steady and positive. • Following up irregularities with the affiliate. • Responsible for alignment with internal stakeholders such as Country /Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc. • Report on results, performance and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) base. • Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links. • Hitting NDC and Revenue Targets and making sure to spend budgets responsibly. My First Experience as Affiliate Manager. Here I managed affiliates from A to Z promoting 5 brands in both casino and sportsbook. Working with IO Deals such as; Rev, CPA, Hybrid, PPC, Fixed Fees, Guarantees. Hunting for new affiliates, contacting old affiliates, requesting banners, testing, quality assurance. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities. Ordering merchandise for our top affiliates and more. I was also in charge of coordinating a weekly email newsletter to our affiliates making sure to outline the big news of the week by requesting information from management, payments, casino managers and content and also coming up with weekly banners and requesting from Design. Here I learnt some HTML coding and make use of our inbuilt CRM. Teams I have coordinated with are Design, CRM, VIP, Casino Management and Tech. Platforms: Inbuilt and Hubspot

I was appointed here to build up a clientele in iGaming, Fintech, aviation and Tech industries and clientele. I managed the whole process all by myslef from client sourcing, meetings, contracts, closing deals and the recruitment side of things: Drafting up job specs, coming up with great sales pitches, advertising, headhunting, interviews and closing deals and following up with clients and candidates to make sure that both are satisfied. I handled all Malta’s clients within the iGaming industry Headhunting and building relationships with candidates, working with the total recruitment cycle from a-z. Overseeing projects and coming up with creative ideas on how to improve my talent pool working against KPI’s and goals to make sure that targets are met on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
