* ✦ Recruit and appoint undergraduate women to serve as officers for LWT collegiate chapters across the nation. * ✦ Create administrative materials to enhance organizational strategy, such as a 35-page chapter start-up guide and a Code of Ethics. * ✦ Craft chapter curriculum to equip undergraduate women with the professional skills, resources, and confidence needed to become leaders in their fields. * ✦ Streamline communication efforts with our 32 chapters through monthly update forms and virtual newsletters. * ✦ Identify opportunities for international and domestic collaboration with other organizations. * ✦ Spearhead logistical coordination efforts for events or development of media content.
